Cancellation Policy
Initial consultation and sessions are payable in advance before the consultation/sessions by bank transfer. Sessions missed without notice or cancelled in less than 24 hours before the session are payable.
Both online therapy and in person counselling are from Mondays to Fridays. In person counselling is only available weekly at offices in Selsdon Road at South Croydon. Online sessions can either be weekly or fortnightly. Please contact us for the current availability.
